Order Collection, Responsibility & Design Policy

At Glamberry, all of our products are handmade and often bespoke, so we take great care in preparing each order to a high standard.

We kindly ask that all orders are checked thoroughly at the time of collection. This includes confirming the design, colours, wording, and overall finish. Any concerns must be raised with a member of our team before leaving the premises, so we can assist where possible.

If someone other than the person who placed the order is collecting, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are fully aware of all order details. The person collecting will be responsible for checking and accepting the order on behalf of the customer.

Once the order has been collected and leaves the Glamberry premises, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during transport, handling, or storage after collection.

Please note that once an order has been accepted and taken away, we are unable to make amendments, offer refunds, or accept complaints based on personal preference or opinions formed after collection. This includes feedback from friends, family, or third parties, as any concerns should be discussed and resolved at the point of collection.

As all products are handmade, slight variations in design, colour, and finish may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our style and creative interpretation.
