How do I collect my cake?
All cake collections currently take place at 10 The Strand, Derby. When you arrive, simply let a team member know, and let them know the following details:
Website Orders: Please have your 4-digit order number ready for our team ♡
Instagram Orders: Please have the Instagram handle used to place the order ready ♡
Where is Glamberry located?
We currently have two branches in Derby.
Glamberry - Littleover: 542 Burton Road, Derby, DE23 6FN ♡
Glamberry - City Centre: 10 The Strand, Derby, DE1 1BA
Do you take table bookings?
We don’t take table bookings as we operate as a walk-in café. Seating is available at our City Centre branch, while our Littleover branch is more of a takeaway style! ♡
Can you cater for allergies?
Our kitchen handles ingredients such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, so there is a risk of cross-contamination. Because of this, Glamberry cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free. If you have any questions about ingredients, please feel free to speak to a member of our team ♡
Do you offer gluten free options?
Our over-the-counter treats are not gluten-free. However, gluten-free options may be available for bespoke orders when arranged in advance. Please contact us to discuss your requirements! ♡
Is there parking available?
Glamberry - Littleover: There are several car parks available opposite Glamberry and around the Littleover village area, all within a short walking distance.
Glamberry - City Centre: Limited on-street pay and display parking is available directly outside or on nearby streets (usually a 2-hour maximum stay). Nearby car parks include Queen Street Car Park, St Peters Courtyard, Chapel Street Car Park, and the Derbion Centre basement car park, all within walking distance.
